Authorities in Arlington, Virginia, are continuing to review the circumstances surrounding a distressing incident that unfolded Wednesday night inside a business on North Glebe Road. The situation left one man dead and two others with severe injuries, prompting an extensive response from law enforcement and emergency crews.

While working to understand the source of the emergency, they conducted a floor-by-floor search to locate anyone who might need assistance. Their search led them to the 21st floor, where they discovered Andrea Guirola lying in the hallway with serious wounds. First responders immediately began lifesaving efforts, but despite their attempts, she passed away at the scene.
During the investigation, officers determined that the initial emergency call involved another individual, Lee, who was found earlier in the building with critical injuries and later pronounced dead. A third person was also hurt during the event and was transported to a nearby medical facility for urgent care.
