Ottawa — The Ottawa Police Service has confirmed the identity of the victim in the tragic homicide on Penny Drive. The deceased is Jeffrey Wilson, age 43, of Spencerville. Investigators say Jeffrey sustained serious injuries and later died as a result of an incident that occurred on the evening of November 17.

In connection with the case, an arrest has been made. Firomsa Motuma, 18, of Ottawa, has been charged by police with second-degree murder.
