Camden Man Arrested in Fatal Shooting of His Brother, 29-Year-Old Raymond Delgado, Authorities Confirm

CAMDEN, NJ — The Camden community is grappling with grief and disbelief following a tragic family incident that unfolded over the weekend. Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez have confirmed the arrest of 28-year-old Anarkis Delgado, who has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of his brother, 29-year-old Raymond Delgado, on Saturday, November 1, 2025.

Authorities report that officers were dispatched to the scene after receiving 911 calls regarding gunfire at a residence in Camden late Saturday evening. Upon arrival, police located Raymond suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate life-saving efforts by first responders, he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter, marking yet another devastating moment of loss within the city.
