Authorities in Montgomery are looking into a tragic incident that led to the loss of a 28-year-old woman. According to officials, a 31-year-old man, identified as Kemond Johnson, is now in custody in connection with the death of A’Daesia Robbins.
Emergency teams from Montgomery police and fire services responded around 4:10 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, after receiving reports that someone had been seriously injured in the 2600 block of Shadowood Court. When first responders arrived, they found Robbins, who sadly could not be revived.
Lt. Tina McGriff explained that the situation appears to have stemmed from a conflict within a personal relationship. At this time, investigators have not shared additional information as they continue working through the details of what happened.
Authorities are asking the community to allow the investigative process to move forward while they gather more facts surrounding this heartbreaking event.
