Two Found Deceased in Coweta County Home; One Person Detained

Authorities in Coweta County are working through the early stages of a sensitive and serious investigation after two individuals were discovered deceased inside a home in Sharpsburg on Thursday evening. According to officials, the incident unfolded around 8 p.m. in the 100 block of Little Road, prompting an immediate response from deputies.

 

When members of the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office arrived, they found two people who had passed away inside the residence. A person believed to be involved in the situation remained at the scene and was taken into custody without incident.
